JBS Scheduler Access Page
For liability reasons, DSB Information Systems cannot provide support for non-DSB computer systems, especially due to the wide number of possible hardware and software configurations that may exist off-site.
In a nutshell, a standard Windows XP or higher PC running Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or higher should be able to access the JBS scheduling tool without difficulty once the Citrix client software has been installed.
Once the end-user clicks the "Install Citrix Client" button below, the system should prompt you to download and/or run the installation file which is required to open the scheduling tool. You must run this to install the Citrix JBS Scheduler client software.
You have to install the Citrix Client prior to launching JBS Scheduler
